Wedding Catering
At Collective Minds we expect the wedding reception to be just as spectacular as the ceremony itself. In order to do this we strive to incorporate the bride and groom into the look and feel of the event. From the food to the flowers we want to present guests with a classy, yet personal, attention to detail. We want to focus on these details so that our clients don't have to. We hold ourselves to the highest standard in order to make the best memories for our clients. Our experience and design abilities allow us to understand our clients and to transform their ideas into something magical.

We recently hosted a 100-guest wedding breakfast followed by an additional 200-guest wedding reception that same evening at the Friars Well Estate. This gorgeous affair was a vintage-style to accomodate the bride and groom's tastes and included special touches for everything including the lighting, glassware and table arrangements. There was a consistent modern theme, which recongized the groom's taste, as well as a chic feel that reflected the bride. The menu was designed around the preferences of the honorable couple, yet was able to please even the most picky palates among the guests. A "surf and turf" style dinner was served featuring a 21-day aged sirlion and seared cod. We finished the meal with a decadent dessert combining marshmellows, popcorn, caramel terrine and nougat chocolate sorbet.

Much of our role in wedding catering includes transforming a formal traditional wedding into an unforgettable event for the couple. We treat every occasion as if it is our own and we expect only the highest level of service from all our catering employees. We walk our clients through the steps and want to assist wherever possible, whether it is helping with all aspects of the event planning process or simply assisting with catering and menu preparation. Our professionals are courteous and experienced and want to make the experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible for all of our clients. Our goal is to combine client tastes and preferences with our creative expertise to form and execute an unforgettable event
