Allergan Anti-Ageing Medicine Conference - Monaco
The Event
Allergan, a global pharmaceutical company specializing in eye care, skin care and other specialty markets, were exhibiting their latest products at the Anti-Ageing Medicine World Conference in Monaco, March 2009.
The Brief
As Allergan has global marketing and sales capabilities in over 100 countries, they required the assistance of an events company that could be flexible in servicing venues outside the UK, and could offer a ‘fresh-thinking’, innovative concept that would enhance the exhibition of their latest ground-breaking products. The three-day conference was expecting approximately 500 guests per day, requiring a high level of team efficiency and service capability.
The Solution
Our team worked alongside both Allergan and the exhibition designers in order to create a space and a concept that would promote the company’s dedication to customer well-being. A centrally-located juice bar, offering organic refreshments such as carrot, apple and ginger, and yogurt, tonka bean and honey smoothies, provided a healthy alternative for attracting Allergan’s clients. Freshly made espresso, cappuccino and café mocha were also served as guests circulated to explore all that the exhibition had to offer.
